Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of ovalweb.io(the “Site”), operated by Ovalweb LLC (“Ovalweb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What this page does — and doesn't — cover
This page covers your use of the website only: browsing it, reading case studies, and submitting the contact form. It does not cover any paid work Ovalweb performs for a client. If you engage Ovalweb for a project — an assessment, a build, or ongoing support — that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) negotiated directly with you, and the terms of that agreement control wherever it conflicts with this page.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You won't:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account or data on them
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through excessive automated requests
- Scrape, mine, or harvest content from the Site for unauthorized use
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
- Use the Site to transmit malware or other harmful code
Content and intellectual property
The Site — including its design, text, case study write-ups, graphics, and underlying code — is owned by Ovalweb or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client names, logos, and case study details appear with permission or are drawn from publicly available information. They remain the property of their respective owners.
No professional advice
Case studies, service descriptions, and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. They describe past work and general capabilities — they are not a proposal, a quote, or advice applicable to your specific situation. Any specific recommendation, assessment, or scope of work is only provided once an engagement is agreed in writing.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control, including client sites referenced in case studies. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovalweb won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to use of the Site itself and does not modify or limit the terms of any separate signed client agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Site or our services change. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
