Fitness & Wellness
Your partner in growing membership revenue and the business behind it.
Members join for the people: the coaches, the community, the front desk that knows their name. The business behind them should run just as well, without staff chasing declined dues or explaining forty different rates.
Membership businesses run on the most predictable revenue model there is. Keeping it predictable is the hard part.
We bring specialist advisory and engineering to the systems behind how a membership business grows, earns, and operates.
A membership business grows by adding members, keeping them, and eventually adding locations. Each step depends on machinery most operators never deliberately chose: a platform picked for scheduling, a payment processor picked by the platform, pricing assembled one decision at a time, and manual habits that filled the gaps between them.
None of it was designed together.
The questions that follow are familiar. Is a second location viable, or will it double the problems we already have? How do we raise prices without losing members? Why does the front desk take three people? Who is working the declined payments? Should we stay on our current platform? And what did each location actually make last month?
We help operators answer those questions and then fix what the answers expose, from pricing and retention to the workflows and technology underneath. That holds whether you run a single studio or a dozen locations.
Gyms & Functional Fitness
High member counts and thin margins per member, where small losses compound across thousands of dues payments. We work on retention, payment collection, and operations that run at volume.
Martial Arts & Academies
Family plans, long tenures, and progression programs make pricing and retention changes delicate. We work on plan structure, legacy rates, and enrollment.
Boutique Studios
Packs, credits, and class capacity, where revenue is earned as sessions are used rather than when they're sold. We work on session tracking, pricing, and booking workflows.
Wellness & Recovery
Memberships alongside one-off treatments, with payment taken at the front desk as often as online. We work on reconciling the two and on the systems that connect them.
Services & Capabilities
Revenue infrastructure is our deepest specialization.
- 01Revenue growth and expansionWhether a second location pays for itself, and what it adds to the problems you already have.
- 02Membership pricing and revenue modelOne price list, retiring legacy rates, and raising prices without losing members.
- 03Member conversion and revenue retentionTrials that convert, freezes that come back on, and members who stay.
- 04Revenue collection and recoveryDeclined dues followed up and recovered without anyone working a list by hand.
- 05Revenue operations and workflowsEnrollment, the front desk, and cancellations, handled the same way every time.
- 06Revenue infrastructure & technologyThe platform, the processor, and the data between them, so you can see what each location made.
Our approach
Platform vendors recommend their own platform. Generalist firms hand over a recommendation. We do neither.
Every engagement starts with understanding the business. Then we fix the cheapest thing first, which is usually how your existing software is configured. When configuration isn't enough, we connect your systems to each other. When that isn't enough, we build.
- 01Configure
- 02Connect
- 03Build
Underneath all of it, we are engineers. When building is the answer, we build it and stay until it runs.

Regulation
Compliance
Many states regulate how memberships can auto-renew and how cancellations must be handled, including notice periods, cancellation rights, and required contract language. Most membership platforms enforce none of it. We build consent capture and cancellation processes that hold up to scrutiny.
How we've helped

Case study
War House Gyms
A two-location 24/7 gym could only sell retail and meal prep while staff were on site, and needed members to be able to buy at any hour.
